Assistant Sales Vice President

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Provide leadership to the sales team, and advisory role to the CEO in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s business goals
  • Work closely with CEO to define the optimal performance and identify opportunities for sales process improvement to ensure organisational success
  • Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these sales and performance priorities
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Manage the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Manage the use of budgets effectively
  • Define optimal sales team structure and mentor/develop team members to their potential
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to company’s management team timely

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes
  • Initiate promotional activities for the company
  • Analyse sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
  • Ability to use various lead generation tools to create a database of potential business
  • Manage the weekly & monthly sales pipeline effectively
  • Effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process at both individual level and team level

Skills & Qualifications

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Manage corporate website and all social media platforms
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy to increase online presence and improve sales & marketing efforts
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, emerging trends and technologies
  • Manage and communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts (if required)
  • Provide recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
  • Oversee and manage all other digital marketing projects
  • Perform other duties when needed

Skills & Qualifications

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organisation
  • Build alliances and partnerships for the organisation
  • Ensure operational excellence by delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Attend to guest feedback and close service lapses
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends and technology
  • Work closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative and compliance function are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices
  • Generate, analyse and review reports on a monthly basis
